1970 CHEVROLET CORVETTE STINGRAY CONVERTIBLE Modified L46 350/350 V8 4-speed VIN# 194670S405630 Mulsanne Blue on Bright Blue Interior with Black Convertible Top Unique 1970 Convertible, 4-speed. Originally a 350/350 high compression engine. Was rebuilt and heads planed so no #'s match except block ID for Era correct. Engine now has moderate cam and Edelbrock Performer Manifold, Freshly Rebuilt Holley Carb with manual choke not hooked up. Hooker Headers to side pipes. Have done quite a bit of work to the car. Previous owner since 1982. Starts every time, runs strong and well. Recently added brand new A Pillar Trim pieces so some of the pics and video haven't been updated to show those. Installed new rear deck hardware 11/28 so deck seats/locks shut as it should vs pics and video where driver side is not seated down. Headlights work as they should and wiper door/wipers works as they should as well. Sitting on brand new tires and just replaced windshield and lots of interior part. However, dash and door panels are original and in fantastic shape. Some additional things I’ve done and replaced and/or worked on. • New Windshield • New Cooper Cobra’s 255/60/15 • Knobs for Vents • New Rear compartment inserts for Middle and Left Compartments • New Door Handle Flag Emblems • New Front Emblem and Gas Lid Emblem • New Vent Ball Air Directors • New A Pillar Trim • New Wiper Door Actuator • New Wiper Vacuum relay that sits in the wiper bay. • Power Steering pump just rebuilt due to leaky seals(10-23) • Just replaced rear tail seal (10/23) • Lights work up/down as they should • Lights around car, side markers, etc. all working • Interior dash lights work when lights are on. • New Lap Belts • E-brake adjustment • Tach works but speedo is currently not working. • 2 of 4 brake calipers are brand new(4 months old) • New Rear Suspension/Leaf Spring Bushings • New PS lines x3 • New Whip for Antenna • 4 Wheel Alignment on 10/24/23 Things to continue to play with: • About 1/2 of the fibre optic lights work, some don't • Jets for Windshield and Headlights don’t work • Kick panel and rear compartment lights • Needs a SBC fly wheel dust cover • Horn • Needs a round key cut for doors and rear compartment. • Needs Speedo driver gear to drive speedo cable again.
